You did NOT send what i ordered (also when u deuveredv6 cartons ifcoat milk, which us disgusing, not the soymilk iordered!) And someone on the bus to a Parcel Plus store to drop off the first Cambridge Work Agenda, which is not at all what i need, stole the package – no room on my lap, so bsg with labeled package inside was at my feet. i have acrefund coming 4 the SECOND wrong item, but dm now out $25 & change 4 the first wrong item. i can choose “no substitions” for store deliveries (but still receive wrong merch), but scan just send me whatever u want 2, & claim that u “fulfilled” my order. Store doesn’t respond to letters, even certified, & phone system us fubar, with nasty woman telling me to never tip drivers! but the family is filthy rich, doesn’t care, just buys their yachts
