Replacement “Walpole” Wood Mailbox Brace

Description This is a wood or vinyl mailbox post brace. It measures approximately 13″ x 13″ and is available in raw cedar or rot-free white vinyl. We sell this brace as a replacement for many mailbox posts braces, including wood or vinyl mailbox posts made by Walpole Woodworkers (although these items are not made by Walpole).  It’s not exactly what Walpole makes…  but it will meet your needs. The raw wood brace is made from Western Red Cedar which has color variations from light to dark.  The wood we select is based more on fewer knots rather than consistent color (since we think most people probably paint them).  They are hand-cut with a routed front edge.  We really try to minimize the amount of knots in the brackets, but as someone once said… “we can’t take out what God puts in”. This same brace is available from a rot-free vinyl material similar to Azek.  Vinyl braces get a coat of paint to give the brace a nice consistent white color. Includes 2 attachment screws for mounting the brace to most wood or vinyl mailbox posts. Prices includes delivery to the 50 States.
